Barraclough

Ms.
Barraclough is an associate at Thorpe North & Western, where
her practice encompasses all aspects of foreign and domestic
intellectual property law. Ms. Barraclough received a
Bachelor of Science degree in Manufacturing Engineering Technology from
Weber State University in 1999, where she received the Joe
Heath-American Society for Quality Scholarship and the Behnken
Manufacturing Scholarship. She received a Juris Doctorate
from the University of Utah, S.J. Quinney College of Law in 2006.
Ms. Barraclough’s practice focuses on
copyright matters, trademark prosecution, trademark enforcement,
intellectual property due diligence in mergers and acquisitions, and
patent prosecution in the mechanical and material science fields.
Ms. Barraclough was admitted to the Utah
State Bar in 2006. She is a member of both the Intellectual
Property and Young Women Lawyers Sections of the Utah State Bar.
