About Catherine Maness
Catherine is a member of TNW’s litigation team. Her litigation experience includes patent, trademark and a variety of commercial litigation disputes. Catherine has undergraduate and master’s degrees in Cell and Molecular Biology, and has worked on litigation matters involving a wide variety of technical fields. She attended law school in New Orleans, Louisiana and started her legal career in the patent litigation heavy docket in the Eastern District of Texas. Catherine is licensed to practice in Utah, Texas, and Arkansas. Catherine is an avid yoga practitioner and is enjoying all of the hiking opportunities in Utah. In her downtime, she also enjoys taking fishing trips with her family and traveling the world.
