About Amina Malik
Amina is a registered patent attorney and a member of TNW’s litigation team, with a technical background in biology and chemistry. Prior to joining TNW, Amina worked in the Denver metro area for several years, gaining experience in litigation and IP prosecution separately. These experiences are seamlessly blended into her role at TNW. Amina's initial career aspirations led her to work as a research assistant at her undergraduate university, which she balanced while taking coursework towards her master's degree. Her research involved several areas of biology, including proteomics, genomics, microbiology, and neurobiology.
Outside of work, Amina enjoys expressing her artistic side through painting, sewing, and writing poetry. She also enjoys going sailing with her father and has assisted him in restoring several boats.
