About Jacob Safarian
Jacob’s legal practice focuses on obtaining and protecting intellectual property rights, predominately through patents and trademarks. Jacob has experience in patent matters related to biochemistry and chemical engineering, with specific examples including pharmaceutics, drug delivery, implantable medical devices, chemical sensors, medical imaging, and nutritional supplements among others. With a business-forward approach, Jacob has experience developing patent portfolios to adequately protect both present and future products. Jacob not only strives to obtain adequate intellectual property protection, but also to understand the business strategy of every client he works with. In his free time, Jacob enjoys skiing, playing golf, and fly fishing.
