About Kurt Hendricks
Kurt’s practice focuses on obtaining and enforcing a wide array of intellectual property rights for clients of all sizes. He has a broad base of experience obtaining trademark rights and patent rights in various technologies, and protecting the rights of clients through enforcement and negotiation. Before devoting his career to intellectual property, Kurt was an engineer for an electro-mechanical design and manufacturing company, with a focus on design verification through structural and reliability analysis. Kurt approaches each client’s legal issues with a wide-angle view of potential solutions and their potential impacts, bringing perspective to each new challenge. When not in the office, Kurt enjoys spending time with his family, including coaching baseball and playing various musical instruments together.
