About Randy M. Braegger
Randy is a registered patent attorney whose practice is focused primarily on assisting clients in obtaining US and foreign patent and trademark rights. He currently represents a wide variety of domestic and international clients including those ranging from Fortune 500 to startup companies and individual inventors. Randy advises and counsels clients regularly on matters of enforcement, infringement, validity, licensing, due diligence review, and patentability, and he has an excellent track record arguing numerous cases before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board. Randy has experience in technologies such as computer software, computer networking, pneumatic tires, rubber compositions, x-ray devices, optical polarizers, microscopy, sports equipment and other areas of technology.
Prior to law school, Randy received the prestigious Monbukagakusho scholarship from the Japanese Government and was an ORCA scholar at Brigham Young University. Randy enjoys playing a various musical instruments and spending time outdoors. Randy speaks Japanese and lived in Japan for three years.
