About Richard W. Poll
Richard is a member of TNW’s trademark and litigation sections. His practice focuses on obtaining, protecting, and enforcing intellectual property rights and IP strategy. He brings a background with a wide range of not only litigation and trademark experience, but also transactional and professional responsibility.
Richard serves on the Board of the Young Alumni Association of the S.J. Quinney College of Law, including recently serving as the YAA President. During law school he competed on the National Moot Court team and remains involved in the moot court program today. Outside of the law, Richard enjoys being with his family and cheering on the USU Aggies.
